COVID-19 Safety Protocols
We are following all suggested safety guidelines for our industry which includes: proper social distancing, increased sanitation, and the wearing of face masks by all athletes and staff. Whether you've already returned or are thinking about coming back, this video will help you become familiar with many of the new policies and changes we have made to the gym. We're always accepting new and returning students so come join the fun! We hope to see you soon!
Entering the Building
Anyone entering the building must have on a face mask covering both the nose and mouth prior to entering the lobby. Students and staff are required to wear a facemask the entire time they are in the building. Hand sanitizer will be given upon entering the building.

Class Participation
While in class, all athletes and staff are required to wear a face mask during the entire duration of class. Our drinking fountains are currently covered due to sanitary reasons. Please send your child with a labeled drink. Students will sanitize their hands in between events and wash their hands before leaving. Classes for students ages 5 and under require ONE parent to assistant during the class, no other parents/spectators will be admitted.
Illnesses
Please keep your child home if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
Contact your doctor concerning flu-like symptoms to determine if your child should test for COVID-19. If anyone in your house tests positive for the COVID-19, your gymnast must wait at least 14 days and adhere to the latest guidance on quarantine guidelines before your child can return to practice. If your gymnast or any of your family has exposure to COVID-19, your gymnast must wait 14 days before they return to class. Here's why.

- Runny nose
- Sore throat
- Cough
- Fever
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
